February 2026 – Korean cuisine

Available dates are marked on the calendar

Hello everyone!

It feels like just yesterday we welcomed 2026, yet the first month has already flown by. While we cannot hold back the hands of time, I believe that filling each moment with beautiful and joyful memories is the best way to truly cherish and enjoy the years as they pass.

February is a special month here in Singapore as we celebrate the Lunar New Year, the biggest holiday of the year. Since this is a season for gathering with loved ones, I have specially selected a menu that is perfect for sharing a bountiful and festive meal together.

As we celebrate the Lunar New Year, I wish you all a healthy, happy, and memorable start to the year. May your holidays be filled with warmth and wonderful memories.

  • Sliced Beef Wrap with Arugula & Pear Salad: High-quality beef slices, lightly braised and paired with a crisp, refreshing salad. A sophisticated and perfect harmony of flavors and textures.
  • Braised Pork Ribs with Aged Kimchi: Tender pork ribs slow-cooked with whole leaves of perfectly ripened kimchi. This is a “must-try” comfort food that everyone will absolutely fall in love with.
  • Garlic Soy Fried Chicken: Korean fried chicken speaks for itself! We’ll be making crispy fried chicken drumsticks tossed in a savory garlic soy glaze—the ultimate party favorite.
  • Spicy & Sour Spinach Salad (Sigeumchi Cho-muchim): A refreshing twist on the traditional seasoned spinach; this version is tossed in a tangy dressing for a crisp, zesty bite.
  • Stir-fried Anchovies in Gochujang (Gochujang Myeolchi-bokkeum): A staple Korean side dish featuring dried anchovies glazed in a savory and spicy red chili paste sauce.

I’m looking forward to sharing new menus and table settings with more people, so please continue to be interested and support.

Thank you much!
