Hello.
In February, Hyuna Kim’s cooking class will be conducted under the theme of Korean-Chinese cuisine. Korean-Chinese cuisine is very popular and beloved among Koreans. It is not easy to recreate the taste of a restaurant at home, but I aim to cook it easily and quickly so that you can enjoy it at home as much as you want. In addition, in every Korean-Chinese class, I added one more menu that everyone loves. It is a very delicious cucumber pickle!
This menu is the perfect combination for inviting guests to a delicious and filling meal.
- Beijin-Chicken
- Seafood Fried Scorched Rice Soup
- Pork Eggplant
- Stir-fry cabbage
- Cucumber pickle
Cost: $130
Class Hours: 10:30am – 2:00pm

February 2025 – Korean Side Dishes for helpers
Available dates are marked on the calendar
The helpers’ class in the second half of February is a time to learn side dishes. So far, two helpers’ classes have been held, and they liked it a lot and asked a lot of questions. There were many people who specifically asked me to teach their helpers side dishes of Korean food. If helpers can prepare side dishes, which are the basics of Korean food on their own, I think they will be the best helpers. In line with such expectations, we will learn to cook easily and quickly and focus on overall education to have knowledge in all processes, including how to handle ingredients that occur in the cooking process, how to store them, how to organize and maintain hygiene in the kitchen, and how to use tableware.
- Hot Pot Bulgogi Soup
- Braised Meatball with Bulgogi Seasoning
- Seasoned Dried-Shredded Squid
Cost: $110
Class Hours: 10:30am – 2:00pm
