Hello everyone!
This month, we are diving into Japanese-Korean cuisine, featuring amenu designed for everyday practicality. We will focus on creating flavorful dishes using simple. local ingredients — ideal for both family meals and school lunchboxes.
- Beef Croquette (Sogogi-Goroke): A nutritious and flavorful snack featuring a perfect harmony of creamy mashed potatoes and savory minced beef, fried to golden perfection.
- Tuna Mayo Onigiri: A versatile and easy-to-make rice ball filled with seasoned tuna mayo—perfect for a quick snack or a delicious addition to any lunchbox.
- Beef Gyudon topped with Onsen Tamago: A comforting rice bowl featuring tender, thinly sliced beef simmered in a savory sauce, crowned with a silky, perfectly poached hot spring egg (Onsen Tamago).
- Pine Nut Noodles (Jat-guksu) topped with Jangajji: A delicate and creamy noodle dish served in a rich, nutty broth made from freshly ground pine nuts, complemented by the savory crunch of Korean pickled vegetables (Jangajji).
