Cooking Class 2025 May

May 2025 – Korean cuisine

Available dates are marked on the calendar

Dear all,

I just spent spring in Korea with the most beautiful cherry blossoms everywhere! It was amazing!
Seeing nature wake up and bloom gave me so much energy. We don’t get to feel these seasonal changes in Singapore, but how about we bring some Korean spring energy to our cooking? Let’s make healthy, energizing meals with spring ingredients!
This May, we’re focusing on Korean food!

  • “North Korean Style Chicken Soup (Samgaetang) with Glutinous Rice Porridge” – you probably haven’t tried this before! Tender chicken and veggies with a special dipping sauce.
  • Learn foolproof Bulgogi marinade secret! We’ll make delicious beef Bulgogi and enjoy it with a special dipping sauce and fresh veggie wraps.
  • Fresh spring vegetable side dishes with light, tasty dressings – these go perfectly with any meat dish!
  • Pork Collar and Zucchini Stew (Jjagalbi)!!! This dish speaks for itself – so delicious!
  • Easy Radish Water Kimchi (Dongchimi) with baby cabbage – a must-have on any Korean table.

Join us for this extra-special Korean feast – more food and fun than ever!

I hope to see many of you at our Korean cooking class this month. Your support means so much! 🧡
Thank you much!
