Dear all,
While Singapore is lush with trees year-round, in Korea it is a time when the cold is leaving and all of nature is waking up. It’s also a season when many healthy and fresh ingredients become available! Hyuna’s culinary arts always prepares and considers all seasons with the hope that everyone’s table becomes more fresh and abundant.
March’s cooking class will be conducted over Korean cuisine, and as always, we’ve created a menu with versatile dishes – perfect for special guests, for nourishing your family when you want to boost their health, for those times when appetite is low, and everyday home-cooked side dishes that will have everyone reaching for more rice! These dishes complement each other beautifully when served together, yet each stands wonderfully on its own. We hope to break the mindset that these dishes are difficult to make at home.
