I hope you’ve all had the most wonderful and relaxing vacation break! I’m absolutely thrilled thinking about seeing you all soon and hearing about your amazing travel adventures. Starting in August, we’ll be meeting in our exciting new location with a fresh new atmosphere, and I honestly can’t wait to reconnect with each and every one of you!

This August, we’re diving into the beautiful world of Korean cuisine, and I’m so excited to share what I have planned! Our star dish will be my special twist on everyone’s beloved chili crab – introducing Green Onion Crab! I promise you, this will be just as irresistible as the classic chili crab you all adore.

We’ll also be exploring the hearty, comforting flavors of Korea’s famous taxi driver diners with our Pork Bulgogi Set Meal – think of it as the ultimate Korean comfort food! This is the perfect main dish that works beautifully for family dinners, when entertaining guests, or even as the centerpiece for a cozy evening with drinks. It’s honestly one of those must-learn recipes that I know will become a treasured part of your cooking repertoire.

And there’s more! We’ll also be making a delightful Clam Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce) that’s incredibly versatile – you can enjoy it wrapped with the pork bulgogi in fresh lettuce leaves, or use it as a wonderful standalone condiment for so many dishes.

To round out our menu, we’ll be preparing a refreshing Asparagus Lettuce Sidedish – this popular dish that’s beloved in both Korea and China will give you a fantastic side dish that keeps beautifully and adds such lovely texture and flavor to any meal.
