Dear all,
These days, Singapore is not exempt from unusual climatic phenomena, and we are often bewildered by weather that defies our expectations. In these times when many people are falling ill and experiencing health problems, I sincerely hope that everyone will take care of themselves, eat well, and find comfort and peace.
This April, our main theme is Western cuisine.
We’re exploring menus that are unusual, yet not difficult to prepare – dishes that surprise us with their unique character when created. These are Western recipes that can become as familiar as our daily staples, something we can easily cook every day. Menus that capture and balance the heaviness often associated with Western dishes, providing a refreshing and subtly spiced satisfaction.
Most importantly, these are dishes we want to share with family and friends, enjoying them together with a nice glass of wine – meals that bring people together and create moments of connection.
